Job Description:
1. Process & Initiative Ownership (Core)
- Support the design, rollout, and optimization of warehouse process initiatives (IB, Picking, Packing, OB, Compliance).
- Translate business objectives into clear process scopes, milestones, and success metrics.
- Ensure new or improved processes are standardized and scalable across warehouses.
2. Cross-functional Coordination
- WH Operations teams (execution owners)
- Performance/Data teams
- Infra, Automation, Product/System teams
- Align timelines, assumptions, and resource needs across initiatives.
- Facilitate weekly / monthly reviews to ensure alignment and decision clarity.
3. Governance & Standardization
- Support and continuously improve Operation Excellence governance standards, including:
-Project templates
-Reporting formats
-Decision and escalation mechanisms
- Ensure initiatives follow clear RACI, ownership, and post-implementation review discipline.
4. Business Impact & Continuous Improvement
- Track initiative outcomes against defined KPIs and ROI expectations.
- Highlight gaps between design intent and actual execution.
- Propose follow-up actions to stabilize, optimize, or scale successful solutions.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in warehouse/ supply chain operations, Operation Excellence, or process/project role.
- Strong process thinking and ability to structure complex problems.
- Solid analytical skills comfortable working with data and dashboards.
- Good stakeholder management and cross-team communication.
- High ownership, able to manage multiple initiatives in parallel.
- Familiarity with project or collaboration tools (Excel, Slides, Jira, Smartsheet, or equivalent).
