  • Lead and execute high-impact regional marketing initiatives across multiple markets, channels, and workstreams
  • Set clear objectives and milestones, monitor execution, and deliver results on time.
  • Collaborate with regional and local stakeholders to tackle priority challenges using pragmatic, data-led problem-solving
  • Run both quantitative and qualitative analyses to surface actionable insights that improve day-to-day marketing operations.
  • Build scalable, effective reporting routines aligned to business priorities and available data sources.
  • Evaluate marketing spend and cost structures recommend budget allocations that maximize ROI and accelerate growth.
  • Bring rigorous analytical thinking and a hands-on, proactive approach to drive measurable outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in a top-tier strategy consulting firm
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong project ownership mindset with the ability to manage complexity across teams and regions
  • Data-driven, structured thinker who can translate analysis into strategy
  • Comfortable operating in a dynamic with multiple priorities
