Job Description:

  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis to understand ops performance and root causes
  • Follow up with Product team to understand key features roadmap and their implication on ops
  • Propose ops dashboards and KPI tracking to monitor key metrics
  • Lead cross-functional meetings to drive collaboration and project execution
  • Map out and optimize core ops process

Requirements:

  • 4+ experience in a technology-driven industry, with good understanding of product features
  • Analytical and detail-oriented
  • Good at task organization and multitasking skills
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities
  • Can-do attitude
