Job Description

Job Description:

  • Own end-to-end planning and execution of People/HR projects (process improvement, new tool rollouts, engagement initiatives)
  • Independently manage project timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder alignment - including senior stakeholders
  • Build and present dashboards, reports, and insights that inform People strategy decisions, not just status updates
  • Lead cross-functional coordination with HRBPs, Recruitment, People Ops, and other teams
  • Standardize and continuously improve People processes, templates, and best practices across functions
  • Proactively identify gaps and drive practical, scalable solutions - not just flag issues
  • Progressively take on ownership of adjacent People functions as capability and trust are established
  • Mentor and support junior team members as the team grows
  • Work closely with PMO lead on team strategy and priority initiatives

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Management, Economics, Engineering, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in HR/People Operations, PMO, or management consulting, with demonstrated project leadership
  • Prior experience managing or mentoring others, or clear readiness to grow
  • Proven ability to manage multiple senior stakeholders and drive alignment without heavy oversight
  • Strong strategic and analytical thinking - comfortable moving between big-picture and execution detail
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, with experience presenting to leadership
  • Strong data fluency - Excel/Sheets, dashboarding, and translating data into decision
  • Solid project management fundamentals (timelines, tasks, dependencies, stakeholder management)
