Currently nested under the Affiliates team, Affiliate & Content Ecosystem oversees end-to-end KOL Affiliate funnels from awareness, acquisition, incubation & long-term management. The team is cohesively structured to deliver key business objectives:

  • boosting Affiliate Program awareness & penetration through strategic projects towards targeted audience segments,
  • planning initiatives to accelerate commercial performance, grow KOL income & foster affiliate content health across external & internal channels

Job Description

We are looking for a data-driven Paid Traffic Performance Specialist to partner with Key Account teams to control and optimize external traffic (Paid Ads, Affiliate, KOL-driven traffic) to our eCommerce platform.

This role acts as the performance owner for external traffic quality and conversion, ensuring traffic translates into clicks, orders, and sustainable GMV growth. You will proactively identify issues, drive optimization initiatives, and bridge Program teams with Key Accounts for effective execution.

  • External Traffic Monitoring & Performance Control (40%)
  • Build concise dashboards and performance summaries to track daily external traffic performance by Key Account (traffic volume, CVR, orders, GMV, CPA).
  • Identify anomalies, traffic quality issues, or conversion gaps and conduct root-cause analysis.
  • Proactively provide insights & recommend optimization levers to uplift traffic efficiency and revenue impact.
  • Paid Traffic & Affiliate Optimization (30%)
  • Analyze performance by source, partner tier, campaign mechanics, and incentive structure.
  • Propose actionable solutions to improve conversion, ROI, and scalability.
  • Work closely with KAMs to prioritize high-impact traffic initiatives.
  • Program Execution & Governance (30%)
  • Roll out traffic-driving programs (from program owners) to Key Accounts.
  • Monitor program quality, outcome vs. target, and continuously optimize execution mechanics.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in Paid Traffic, Performance Marketing, Growth, or eCommerce Analytics.
  • Strong hands-on experience with paid channels (Meta, Google, TikTok Ads, Affiliate platforms, etc.).
  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into business actions.
  • Solid understanding of traffic funnel metrics (CTR, CVR, CPA, ROAS, GMV).
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-team coordination skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
  • Experience working with Key Accounts, sellers, or commercial teams is a plus.
  • eCommerce background is highly preferred.
