About The Team
Paid-Ads Business Growth team is responsible for driving revenue growth of Shopee Ads. Shopee Ads is our in-house advertising solution that enables sellers to grow their business on Shopee platform by increasing exposure for their products and shop. As a Senior Associate of the Shopee Ads Team, you will act as Revenue Owner of a revenue stream and oversee its performance.
Job Description
- Revenue Owner:
- Develop comprehensive Go-to-market/ Growth strategies to drive revenue growth, including initiatives, sales & marketing plan, and seller education.
- Track revenue performance, ensure target run rate.
- Monitor product-related performance metrics (ads efficiency, ads adoption/ activeness, sellers satisfaction,...).
- Prepare reporting documents to related stakeholders (Paid Ads Lead, Management team, etc.).
- Initiative Management
- Develop initiatives based on strategy and business direction.
- Manage end-to-end initiative roll-out and execution.
- Ensure regional inquiries related to initiatives are addressed.
- Support & facilitate regional teams on new initiative rollouts and performance analysis.
- Other tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in Marketing, Business Consulting/Advisory, or related fields.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Vietnamese.
- Excellent planning, organizational and time management skills with ability to multitask.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Having experience in manipulating a large set of data and being familiar with SQL is a bonus point.
