Job Description:
- Project scopes within end-to-end supply chain functions:
- Demand/Supply Planning: Control demand & supply planning process to ensure closed-gap and keep backlogs within manageable levels during peak and critical periods (e.g., big campaigns, holidays, force majeure events).
- Network Optimization: Conduct analysis and lead implementation initiatives to optimize distribution center placement, transportation routing, and overall supply chain network design - improving lead time, service quality, and cost efficiency..
- Delivery Speed & Cost Optimization: Drive projects that accelerate last-mile delivery, optimize transportation costs, improve delivery success rates, and enhance overall customer experience.
- Proactively communicate with cross functions operation team to ensure quick problem-solving process when operation constraint.
2. Performance Management & Tracking:
- Develop and implement robust metrics and KPIs to track the performance of ongoing projects and the overall effectiveness of specific supply chain functions post-implementation.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret performance data to generate actionable insights and identify areas for further optimization.
- Prepare and present clear, data-driven reports and dashboards on project health, benefits realization, and functional performance to senior management and stakeholders.
- Organize and facilitate project meetings, capture accurate minutes, and track action items to completion.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Economics, or related fields.
- 3+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, consulting, analytics, or similar roles.
- Strong problem-solving and logical thinking skills, able to break down complex problems and structure clear solutions
- Ability to connect the dots across data, operations, and business context
- Resilient and proactive, comfortable working in a fast-changing and sometimes ambiguous environment
- Eager to learn and adaptable, with a strong willingness to challenge existing ways of working and drive change
- Strong analytical mindset with experience working with data and KPIs, complemented by advanced Excel skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Vietnamese to coordinate with stakeholders from across the region.
