Job Description:

Design inventory flow among the Shopee warehouse network to ensure inventory health and efficiency. The design includes:
- Warehouse functions
- Inventory flow
Execute inventory distribution/Monitor inventory health among Warehouses in the network through KPIs such as %ATP, %black stock, DOC/DOH, inbound/outbound
Analyze data and KPIs to identify opportunities for improving inventory health in the network, then, coordinate/collaborate with stakeholders and drive initiatives to make impact.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
At least 3-5 years of working experience, preferably in Supply chain, Consulting, Warehouse network design.
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Strong stakeholders management and coordination
Strong data analytics
Good communication in both Vietnamese and English.
Self-driven with a strong sense of curiosity.
Good team player with a positive attitude and strong sense of integrity and responsibility.
