Job Description:

Develop and execute strategic plans focused on merchant growth, investment, and performance improvement.
Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and internal data to recommend actionable strategies.
Design and implement initiatives to optimize merchant acquisition and monetization.
Collaborate cross-functionally with BD, Marketing, and Operations to align on goals.
Monitor KPIs, generate insights, and prepare regular management reports.

Requirements:

3-5 years of experience in Data Analysis, Business Analysis, Business Intelligence, or Consulting.
Experience in Food Delivery or E-commerce preferred.
Proficiency in Excel, Tableau, SQL, or equivalent data visualization tools.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Self-driven and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
