Job Description:
- Build SOP and protocol to collaborate with cross functional teams to improve merchant performance
- Daily manage merchants performance base on operations metrics and maintain performance merchant on Campaign and Livestream days
- Connect with stakeholders as Marketing, Business Development and Delivery Operations to prepare actions for Campaign and Livestream
- Daily monitor real time, alert relevant teams and take immediate actions in case of any issues that may affect operations performance
- Manage Merchant Performance including:
- Highlight the key indicators via daily/ weekly report
- Produce operation insight through analysis
- Investigate the issue's root causes and propose solutions
Requirements:
- 4 years of experienced in Operations related positions
- Strong data analysis skills and good attention to detail
- Strong problem solving skill
- Show dedication and ownership
