We are looking for a Senior Media Executive to support media planning and campaign optimization across multiple digital platforms. This role requires strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to collaborate with internal teams to deliver effective media campaigns for clients.
Key Responsibilities· Media Planning (70%)
· Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and audience insights to support strategic media planning.
· Develop integrated media plans and proposals that align with client objectives and campaign goals.
· Recommend the most effective channel mix, budget allocation, and media strategy across platforms such asFacebook, Google, TikTok, Zalo, and local ad networks.
· Work closely with Account, Sales, and Strategy teams to develop compelling media proposals for clients.
· Identify new opportunities, trends, and innovative formats that can improve campaign performance.
· Campaign Optimization (30%)
· Monitor and optimize branding and performance campaigns across digital platforms.
· Analyze campaign data and provide insights and recommendations to improve results.
· Prepare weekly and monthly reports highlighting campaign performance and learnings.
· Work with internal teams to ensure campaigns are delivered smoothly and meet client KPIs.
Requirements
· 3–4 years of experience in digital media planning and campaign management.
· Strong understanding of digital media platforms such as Facebook, Google, TikTok, Zalo, and other ad networks.
· Experience building media plans, budget allocation, and campaign strategy.
· Good analytical thinking and ability to interpret campaign performance data.
· Strong communication and presentation skills in both Vietnamese and English.
· Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
