Responsibility:
- Campaign Planning & Optimization: Develop and be with the AM team to optimize comprehensive Marketing/Media/Affiliate plans and campaigns across various channels (highly focused TiktokShop), ensuring alignment with business objectives and target audiences.
- Proposal Development for Pitching: Work on the client brief & be with BD team to create compelling Marketing/Media/Affiliate proposals, ensuring they are tailored to client or business needs with a focus on clear objectives, measurable outcomes, and timelines & targeting to win the pitches.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage data insights to track, measure, and analyze marketing campaign performance. Use this data to refine strategies and improve future initiatives.
- Budget Management: Develop, track, and manage campaign budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to meet business goals.
- Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams such as creative, digital, and sales to ensure seamless execution of marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Market Research & Trend Analysis: Continuously monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and consumer behavior to inform marketing strategies and adapt plans accordingly.
- Reporting & Analysis: Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, providing insights and actionable recommendations based on numerical analysis.
Competencies:
- Experience: 3-4 years of experience in marketing, planning, or a related field, with a strong understanding of proposal creation, campaign management, and execution.
- Numerical & Analytical Skills: Strong numerical aptitude and experience working with data analytics tools. Ability to derive actionable insights from data and apply them to marketing strategies.
- Proposal & Presentation Skills: Expertise in developing clear, structured proposals and presenting them effectively to internal and external stakeholders.
- Planning & Organization: Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with teams and stakeholders at all levels.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or other data analysis tools; familiarity with marketing automation and analytics platforms is a plus.
- Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in data, proposals, and reporting.
- Skills: Excellent written and verbal presentation skills and proficiency in typical office working software (PowerPoint, excel, etc).
