Job Description
Market Research
- Analyze market trends, competitors, and consumer behavior within the industry.
- Collect and process data to identify customer needs.
Planning & Budget Management
- Develop long-term, mid-term, and short-term marketing strategies and plans.
- Propose effective advertising plans (both online & offline).
- Estimate, monitor, and optimize the marketing budget.
Campaign Execution
- Implement marketing campaigns according to approved plans.
- Collaborate with Digital & Trade Marketing teams to deliver messages to customers.
Evaluation & Reporting
- Monitor campaign effectiveness and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
- Recommend improvements to optimize marketing performance.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Marketing.
- Proven experience in market research, strategic planning, and campaign execution.
- Solid knowledge of online and offline marketing channels, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
- Strong analytical skills in data, reporting, and budget management.
- Excellent communication, creativity, and teamwork skills.
