ROLE OVERVIEW
This role is a senior-level marketing execution position designed to maximize team leverage and delivery speed. The role focuses on end-to-end execution of digital marketing initiatives, supporting performance-driven campaigns while working closely with Digital, Content, and Growth stakeholders.
The role holder is expected to operate as an independent project owner, accountable for execution quality, timelines, and measurable results of assigned initiatives.
I. PROJECT OWNERSHIP & EXECUTION (50%)
The specialist will own 23 core growth projects as primary owner, with scope defined based on team priorities and individual strengths. Ownership includes planning, execution, optimization, and performance outcomes.
- KOL / Influencer Marketing: Own end-to-end KOL and influencer initiatives, including partner selection, collaboration ideation, content direction, coordination, and performance tracking. Ensure influencer activities clearly contribute to awareness, acquisition, or conversion goals.
- SEO & Content-led Growth: Lead SEO-driven growth initiatives by planning and executing content strategies that improve organic visibility, traffic quality, and long-term conversions. Own execution from content planning to optimization and ongoing performance monitoring.
- Referral / Community Growth: Drive referral and community growth projects by owning referral mechanics, messaging, and supporting content execution. Optimize user journeys, engagement touchpoints, and trust-building content to support organic acquisition and retention.
- New Channels & Experimentation Projects: Own new channel development or experimentation initiatives based on team priorities. Define hypotheses, execute tests, measure results, and scale successful approaches while documenting learnings for future decision-making.
II. EXECUTION SUPPORT & COLLABORATION (50%)
- Support integrated digital marketing campaigns across paid media, social platforms, and growth initiatives.
- Translate marketing strategies into executable assets (ads, messaging, creative variations) to support conversion and performance goals.
- Develop and adapt creative and content to support ads, funnels, and owned growth projects, in collaboration with designers and relevant teams.
- Work closely with the Digital team and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure campaigns and initiatives are delivered efficiently, optimized over time, and aligned with overall growth objectives.
- Support marketing execution for livestreams, major competitions, and large-scale programs when required.
III. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience: Senior-level experience in Digital Marketing, Growth Marketing, or integrated marketing execution roles.
- Marketing Skillset: Strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals, including paid media, content-driven growth, and campaign execution.
- Execution Strength: Proven ability to independently execute complex marketing initiatives end-to-end.
- Data Mindset: Comfortable working with performance data to inform decisions and optimize execution.
- Collaboration & Ownership: Highly proactive, strong ownership mindset, able to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously without close supervision.
IV. ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- Language: Good English communication skills.
- Education: Degree in Marketing or related field is preferred.
- Tools: Familiarity with creative and marketing tools (e.g. Canva, CapCut, AI tools) is a plus.
