Job summary:
The Senior Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of marketing strategies across multiple F&B brands. This role oversees Digital Marketing and Design, while working closely with Local Store Marketing (LSM) teams to ensure brand consistency, customer engagement, and strong in-market execution at both national and local levels.
Key Accountabilities:
Marketing Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute comprehensive, multi-channel marketing strategies that align with brand positioning and business objectives across multiple F&B brands.
- Lead annual marketing planning and budgeting in collaboration with brand and operations leaders.
- Ensure brand consistency while adapting messaging and tactics to suit brand-specific needs and customer segments.
Digital Marketing Management
- Oversee digital campaigns, social media strategy, SEO/SEM, and email marketing to drive brand awareness, online traffic, and conversions.
- Monitor and analyze digital performance metrics; optimize campaigns using data-driven insights.
- Manage digital media partners and ensure all digital content aligns with brand tone and campaign objectives.
Creative & Design Management
- Direct internal design teams in producing high-quality marketing materials including POSM, packaging, branding assets, and digital creatives.
- Maintain cohesive brand aesthetics and guidelines across all consumer touchpoints.
- Lead creative reviews and approvals for campaigns, product launches, and seasonal promotions.
Campaign Management & Reporting
- Work closely with Business Units&apos LSM teams to localize national campaigns, ensuring relevance to specific market needs and customer profiles
- Track and evaluate the success of marketing initiatives using KPIs and ROI analysis; provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Oversee the development and execution of product plans, ensuring successful product launch and promotion
Job Specifications:
Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field (Masters degree preferred).
Experience: 8+ years of progressive marketing experience in F&B, retail, or hospitality industries with at least 3 years in the managerial roles.
