Job description

• Manage and optimize digital marketing touchpoints across the customer journey, including email marketing, website content, social media channels and other digital communication platforms.
• Update and maintain the company website, social media channels, intranet, and other digital assets to ensure content is accurate, engaging and aligned with the brand.
• Support the planning and execution of marketing and communication campaigns in collaboration with internal teams and other stakeholders.
• Conduct market and competitor research to develop marketing materials and digital content that support business growth and client engagement.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging across paid, owned and earned media channels.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of marketing campaigns and communication materials.
• Monitor and report on digital marketing performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Perform other marketing and communication tasks as assigned.

Requirement

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing, marketing communications, or e-commerce.
• Good understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, website content management, and basic SEO/SEM concepts.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
• Good analytical, organizational, and project coordination skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with marketing tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, email marketing platforms, Mailchimp, Canva or CMS) is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and willingness to learn.
