Introduction

Are you a high-energy, self-motivated individual excited about building a world-class travel brand in the Vietnamese market Trip.com is a rapidly growing OTA (online travel agency), and we are looking for a dynamic team member to drive our efforts in Vietnam.

In this Role, you'll get to

  • Build strong relationships with designated hotels to grow bookings, revenue, and gross profit in the assigned market.
  • Build and lead a team of Market Managers to optimize and manage successful accounts, achieving higher market share and revenue opportunities.
  • Monitor team members performance and provide guidance from different perspectives.
  • Handle inquiries from hotels/guest houses and resolve issues with the support team and Shanghai HQ.
  • Develop commercial strategic planning based on Trip.com's group big data to maximize accommodation availability, pricing, and content.
  • Conduct quarterly commercial plans and strategies for the teams, ensuring targets are delivered on time.
  • Provide constant feedback to Shanghai HQ regarding market insights, competitor information, performance, and system and product issues from hotel partners.

What you'll Need to Succeed

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in reputable companies (OTAs, TMCs, BedBanks, and DMCs) with a proven track record.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a logical mindset.
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Equal depth of expertise in hotel partner development and new acquisition.
  • Highly collaborative style, with the ability to navigate a complex and matrixed organization to deliver impact; strong knowledge of the hospitality industry.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across the continent.
