Responsible for end to end partner acquisition cycles (e.g., Build a pipeline of potential partners (especially in rural districts); conduct field visits / outbound outreach to recruit new partners; pitch value proposition, explain economics, and close deals; achieve monthly/quarterly acquisition targets).
Analyze customers needs, then work closely with related departments to improve service quality, bring positive experiences and satisfaction to customers.
Develop, implement, and evaluate new business strategies in phases.
Cooperate & synergize with other Departments to meet corporate objectives and ensure an active sales pipeline.
Leading and monitoring staff (both FTEs and outsourced vendors) activities to achieve the assigned target and measure team performance, maintain proper reports for management view.
Training & coaching staffs.
Constantly update competitors activities, know competitors price, promotion, and suggest counter actions for management.
Other tasks are assigned by the Company from time to time.
Requirements
Graduated from universities in majors: Logistics, Supply chain, Economics, Business Administration. Understanding about E-Logistics and Delivery Services is a plus.
Local, regional knowledge of small & medium businesses (e.g., mum and pop shops, small neighborhood convenience stores, family-run restaurants, salon, etc.) across Vietnam (North, Central, South) is a strong plus.
Min 3- 5 years of experience in E-commerce or logistics business development, FMCG distribution, or Field sales / GT channel preferred.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Can-do attitude, always willing to risk and succeed.
Self-motivated, result-oriented with high standards, proactive and reach the core of the problems to achieve the highest level of efficiency, open-minded thinking for innovation and creativity.
Strong organizational skill, ability to multi-task and work independently under pressure.
Great leadership skill, ability to lead and monitor team. Have experience managing a sales team.
