About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Manager, Organization Development - HR Transformation to lead and deliver an enterprise-level transformation stream focused on organizational design and operating model effectiveness.
This role sits within HR but operates with a transformation mindset, not a traditional HR operations approach.
You will play a critical role in shaping how the oganization is structured and how it operates, enabling strategy execution across Digital Banking and core Business Units.
This is a high-ownership, hands-on role. You are expected to drive your workstream independently, collaborate closely with stakeholders, and ensure real implementation outcomes—not just frameworks or recommendations.
What You Will Do
Lead organization & operating model transformation
- Lead the design and implementation of organization and operating model changes aligned to strategic priorities
- Define objectives, scope, priorities, and delivery roadmap for your transformation workstream
- Ensure changes are implemented, embedded, and sustained in day-to-day operations
Organization design & effectiveness
- Design and refine organization structures, roles, reporting lines, and decision-right models
- Review and optimize spans, layers, role clarity, and accountability
- Address interface issues across functions and business units to improve collaboration and execution speed
Translate strategy into execution
- Work closely with senior leaders to understand business and transformation goals
- Translate strategy into practical organization design principles and operating models
- Bridge the gap between strategic intent and how work actually gets done
Enterprise-wide engagement
- Drive initiatives across Digital Banking teams and core Business Units
- Navigate complex stakeholder environments with differing priorities
- Balance enterprise consistency with business-unit realities
Hands-on leadership
- Lead through direct involvement and problem-solving
- Personally conduct diagnostics, design sessions, and alignment workshops
- Make practical trade-offs to ensure solutions are executable, not theoretical
Measurement & continuous improvement
- Define and track success metrics for organization and operating model effectiveness
- Monitor progress, risks, and adoption
- Continuously refine designs based on data and feedback
Experience & Profile
Required experience
- 8–12+ years in Organization Development, Enterprise/HR Transformation, Operating Model Design, or organization-focused consulting
- Proven experience delivering large-scale organization or transformation initiatives
- Experience in complex, large organizations; financial services is a plus
