Overview
This role is responsible for overseeing daily financial operations, ensuring accurate and timely reporting, and supporting leadership with financial insights to drive business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee accounting operations and ensure accurate, timely financial reporting (daily/weekly/monthly/annual)
- Monitor budgets and analyze financial performance to support decision-making
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and relevant regulations
- Coordinate audit processes and work with external auditors
- Manage relationships with banks and external partners
- Strengthen internal control systems to enhance operational efficiency and financial accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support overall business performance
- Provide financial insights and support strategic planning
- Lead, develop, and manage the finance & accounting team
- Stay updated on financial regulations and best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a structured or multinational environment, preferable FMCG, retail industries.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial management
- CPA, ACCA, or MBA is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); ERP experience is an advantage
- Good command of English (both written and spoken)
