An Senior Manager, Digital Marketing and Social Media leads strategy, execution, and team management across digital and social channels, focusing on driving engagement and results through data-driven content, paid media, and organic social efforts, overseeing everything from campaign creation (video, blogs) to analytics, optimizing performance, and collaborating with other teams to meet business goals.
THE JOB:
- Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and implement overarching digital and social media strategies, campaign plans, and content calendars aligned with organizational objectives and brand direction.
- Negative prediction and planning to control brand sentiment to ensure the brand power on social and overall social earned buzz
- Build up the social organic lead acquisition and agent ambassadors community
- Implementation management:
- Content development: Oversee content creation (video, graphics, copy) for social, web, and email, championing brand storytelling and user-generated content following given brand direction.
- Performance & Analytics:Monitor, analyze, and report on KPIs (engagement, conversions, ROAS) using tools like Google Analytics, adapting strategies based on data insights.
- Campaign Execution:Manage paid social, SEO/SEM, social outreach, ensuring effective media buys and timely execution.
- Trend & Platform Expertise:Stay ahead of social media trends, algorithm updates, and new technologies (e.g., video tools, AI).
- Team & Project Management:
- Team leading: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of content creators and digital marketers, overseeing projects, timelines, and budgets.
- Cross-functional Collaboration:Partner with Brand and Marketing, Communications and CSR, and other departments to integrate digital efforts and support broader goals like recruitment or sales.
- Trend & Platform Expertise:Stay ahead of social media trends, algorithm updates, and new technologies (e.g., video tools, AI).
THE PERSON:
- BA degree holder in Business, Marketing.
- 10+ years experience in Digital Marketing, social media, content creation, and performance analytics.
- Expertise with social media platforms (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.), CMS (WordPress), and analytics tools (Google Analytics).
- Strong leadership, project management, writing, and digital storytelling abilities.
- Experience with paid social, SEO, email marketing, and marketing automation platforms (salesforce).
