Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION

Project planning stage

  • Manage, review / Develop the Start-up budget for approval

  • Manage, review/ carry out procurement processfor appointment of Consultants & Pre-Construction works

  • Manage, review / Develop the TCC for TDC approval

Pre-contract stage

  • Manage, review / establish RFPs/tenders/quotations packaging including schedules

  • Manage, review Pre-qualifications for new Vendors and maintain in vendor list

  • Manage, review/ preparation of tender documents, including bills of quantities including coordination with other stakeholders

  • Manage, review / preparation of costs analysis for design and project work, including undertaking value engineering where required.

  • Manage, review / establishment & coordination with other stakeholders to control procurement process including correspondence, clarification, evaluation, submission, interview

  • Manage, review / preparations, negotiation and finalizing contractual terms & conditions including identifying, analyzing and evaluating commercial risk

  • Manage, review / preparationof final tender commercial evaluation reports & recommendation

  • Manage, review / preparationof Letter of Acceptance & Contract document

  • Manage, reviewof TPA/ CTPA for approval

Post-contract stage

  • Manage, review/ preparation& proceeding progress payment to Contractors/ Consultants/ Suppliers

  • Manage, review /preparation of Cash flow forecasts on a monthly basis

  • Manage, review / undertakingchange managements including cost estimation, request for variations, negotiation and finalize variations order claimed by Contractors/ Consultants/ Suppliers

  • Manage, review / preparationof monthly report for Financial Statement, keeping update to management and ensure project is within budget.

  • Final settlements with contractors at end of project and prepare final cost report

Other

  • Complying and keeping update of SOPs / FAL and ensure the work is follow company procedures

  • Cost estimation for new development

  • Other tasks assigned by Heads of C&C

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 10 years working experiences in C&C management in construction and real estate developer, 3 years at the same level.

  • Bachelor degree with construction major

  • Have ability to negotiate and deal with consultants and contractors.

  • Able to work as a team

  • Good communication skill (both Vietnamese and English)

  • Ability in Word, Excel, MS Project
