Senior Legal Advisor

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Legal Advisor in the Legal Advisory and Projects Department, based in Hanoi. The Legal Advisor will be responsible for providing legal consulting services, preparing and reviewing contracts, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and supporting project-related legal activities. The role involves collaborating with internal stakeholders, offering guidance on legal risks, and providing comprehensive legal solutions for business activities while safeguarding the bank's interests.

• Strong understanding and knowledge of Vietnamese laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating contracts, agreements, and related legal documents.
• Experience in legal advisory, risk management, and project support in a corporate or financial institution setting.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills to address complex legal issues effectively.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and provide strategic legal guidance.
• Fluency in Vietnamese; proficiency in English is a plus.
• A Bachelor's degree in Law is required. A Master's degree or additional professional legal qualifications is an advantage.
