Job Description:
1. KOL-Seller Matching Efficiency
- Define the end-to-end strategy to improve how KOLs and sellers connect, collaborate, and convert across Shopee platforms and features.
- Establish qualification frameworks and segmentation models to identify and nurture high-potential creators for matching.
- Shape collaboration mechanisms to enhance conversion and engagement, leveraging data insights to refine matching logic and feature adoption.
- Partner cross-functionally to ensure all ecosystem improvements align with business direction, demand, and platform priorities
2. Program Ownership & Optimization
- Take ownership of cross-functional initiatives that enhance KOL ecosystem efficiency, traffic growth, content quality, and conversion.
- Develop and conduct research, testing, and data analysis to enhance KOL experience in the Affiliate journey, supporting initiative conceptualization, system/feature improvement, workflow refinement, and process optimization.
- Collaborate across functions to detect commercial bottlenecks and propose actionable, data-driven solutions that improve efficiency and performance.
3. Cost Efficiency
- Oversee program strategy to ensure investments, rewards, and program incentives are performance-driven and aligned with business ROI goals.
- Review budget allocation and reward mechanisms to evaluate efficiency, suitability, and motivation impact across programs.
- Advise program owners on cost-effectiveness and support timely interventions to maximize business impact and maintain long-term sustainability.
4. Reporting & Ad-hoc Projects
- Deliver performance reports/presentations to high levels
- Perform other tasks assigned by team leads
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of experience in project management, strategy planning, preferably in Marketing field
- Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving abilities
- Ability to think out of the box & approach problems with unconventional solutions
- Independent thinker who is also a reliable team player and can collaborate effectively with stakeholders
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets and Google Slides
- Have knowledge of affiliate and/or performance-based digital marketing
