Job Description:
1. Funnel Performance Analysis & Insights
- Own full-funnel tracking across acquisition, activation, and retention stages.
- Identify drop-off and churn bottlenecks through data analysis and generate actionable insights for funnel improvement.
- Partner closely with Product, Marketing, and Ops teams to align priorities and shape the overall KOL journey.
2. Project Management
- Act as PMO for large-scale KOL growth initiatives, including mass recruitment campaigns, paid ads, and retention journeys.
- Develop structured project plans, governance models, and risk frameworks to ensure smooth execution.
- Coordinate across internal teams (Product, Marketing, UI/UX) to synchronize objectives and timelines.
3. Journey Design & Process Optimization
- Lead end-to-end journey optimization, from sign-up to long-term engagement.
- Identify friction points in onboarding, activation, and retention flows, and collaborate with Product teams to design new features or improvements.
- Pilot and measure data-backed solutions, institutionalizing best practices and standard operating procedures to enhance efficiency and conversion.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Consulting or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in Growth, Affiliate Marketing, or Project Management, ideally with large-scale or cross-functional initiatives.
- Proven track record in coordinating cross-functional initiatives and driving improvements across acquisition and retention funnels.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify bottlenecks, interpret data, and generate actionable insights.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
