Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Java code.
- Optimize application performance, quality, and responsiveness.
- Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and implement solutions.
- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle.
- Write well-structured, testable, and efficient code.
- Ensure designs adhere to specifications.
- Prepare and deploy software releases.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and propose architectural improvements.
Qualifications & Skills
Technical Skills:
- Min 5 years experience with Java
- Proficiency in Java Spring Boot, Kafka, Microservices, and API Integration.
- Experience in banking systems is a plus.
- Strong foundation in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
- Knowledge of software development principles and best practices.
Soft Skills:
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Effective team collaboration and communication skills.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Previous experience in Java programming and backend development.
- Salary: upto 43mil gross
