KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Act as the senior escalation point for Level 1 teams and lead troubleshooting calls for high-impact incidents to minimize system downtime and mitigate business risks.
  • Facilitate comprehensive root cause analysis (RCA) meetings to ensure permanent fixes are implemented and preventive actions are planned across Incident and Problem Management workflows.
  • Continuously maintain and refine the quality of Change Enablement, Asset Management, and Vendor Management processes to ensure high-performance service delivery and compliance.
  • Design, develop, and maintain PowerBI reports and dashboards to visualize critical metrics, including IT Uptime, SLA compliance, and resolution rates across all ITSM processes.
  • Use data visualization to detect incident patterns, identify potential risks, or uncover early warning signs of system degradation to move toward proactive service management.
  • Deliver high-level written and verbal communication to consult with internal stakeholders and external partners, using data-driven insights to manage complex service scenarios
  • Support small pilot initiatives, POCs, or tool evaluations that align with IT's digital transformation goals.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • University Degree
  • Experience as an IT Service Management, IT Audit/ Consultant, general IT Operations or related positions.
  • Strong skills in Incident & Problem Management, with a focus on Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and reporting.
  • Good stakeholder collaboration, and communication skills
  • Responsible, result-driven, and proactive in identifying service improvements.
  • Fluent in English
