Responsibilities:
Product & Campaign Development
- Contribute to the design of new investment products that meet evolving client needs
- Develop targeted campaign strategies for different investor segments
- Create compelling investment narratives that can be delivered through both human and AI channels
- Identify market opportunities and translate them into actionable product offerings
Digital AI Broker Development
- Guide the development of conversation flows and decision trees for our AI broker system
- Define appropriate responses based on client portfolio composition, trading patterns, and market conditions
- Create personalized recommendation frameworks based on client risk profiles, sector preferences, and investment horizons
- Develop scripts for handling various client scenarios from basic inquiries to complex investment decisions
- Collaborate with data scientists to incorporate market intelligence into the AI system
Client Experience Enhancement
- Design personalized client journeys based on trading history, portfolio composition, and investment goals
- Develop strategies to optimize client engagement across digital and traditional channels
- Create frameworks for portfolio analysis that can be automated and personalized
- Design educational content that can be delivered through our digital platforms
Technology Collaboration
- Work closely with technology teams to translate broker expertise into digital solutions
- Provide subject matter expertise for automation initiatives
- Test and provide feedback on new digital tools and platforms
- Champion technology adoption among traditional broking teams
Qualifications
Required Experience
- 3+ years as an investment broker or financial advisor with direct client management responsibilities
- Demonstrated success in client portfolio management and investment recommendation
- Experience with digital tools for financial analysis and client communication
- Understanding of different investor profiles and corresponding investment strategies
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements for investment advice
Technical Aptitude
- Comfort with financial technology platforms and willingness to learn new systems
- Understanding of data analytics and its application to investment decisions
- Ability to translate complex investment concepts into clear digital frameworks
- Interest in AI, machine learning, and their application in financial services
- Experience using CRM systems and digital communication tools
