1. Job Purpose
This position serves as a strategic HR partner at the factory, responsible for comprehensive HR management ranging from daily operations to specialized organizational development areas such as Talent Management and Career Development to ensure the workforce is capable of meeting business objectives.
2. Key Responsibilities
Talent Management & Organizational Development
- Talent Management: Develop and implement talent management programs to identify, attract, and retain key talent within the plant.
- Capabilities Mapping: Execute capability mapping for various roles to ensure the team's skills align with the operational requirements of each department.
- Job Mapping & Competencies: Establish detailed job maps and competency frameworks for all levels, particularly for Rank & File positions.
- Career Development: Advise on and design career development paths, providing employees with clear guidance on promotion opportunities and personal growth within the organization.
Learning & Development (L&D)
- Training Programs: Design and implement soft skills and leadership training programs for staff and supervisors.
- ISCE Framework: Drive the Education & Training (E&T) pillar under the ISCE framework, ensuring training records are maintained and audit-ready.
- Learning Culture: Organize learning-based engagement activities such as the Ring the Golden Bell contest and other knowledge-sharing platforms.
HR Operations & Engagement
- System Management: Establish and optimize HR systems at the plant, including Labor Law compliance, Payroll/C&B, and Performance Management.
- Pulse Engagement Survey: Lead the annual Pulse Survey action plan, coordinating with functional leaders to identify strengths and implement improvement initiatives.
- Performance Administration: Oversee the performance management cycle, ensuring timely completion of goal setting and appraisals.
3. Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 7 – 10 years of HR experience, with specific expertise in HRBP or Talent Management roles within manufacturing or FMCG industries.
- Technical Knowledge: * Deep understanding of Competency Frameworks and talent assessment methodologies.
- Proven experience in Job Mapping and building Career Paths.
- Solid knowledge of Labor Law and C&B/Payroll operations.
- Key Competencies: * Strong stakeholder management and project coordination skills.
- Analytical capability to measure the effectiveness of HR and engagement initiatives.
- Creative approach to fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
