Develop and implement 2P2S (Process, People, Structure, System) frameworks for Talent Development, Leadership Development, and Career Development to strengthen organizational capability and business performance.
Develop, maintain, and continuously improve functional competency frameworks for supporting functions to enable capability building and structured career development.
Lead the development and execution of the annual learning and development plan and training calendar, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities.
Oversee training reporting, data analysis, and dashboard preparation to track training effectiveness and capability development.
Act as key coordinator for the Learning Management System (LMS), including content management, user administration, and data integrity.
Design, manage, and monitor Leadership & Development programs, including end-to-end program planning, implementation, and evaluation.
Collaborate with business leaders and HR stakeholders to identify learning needs and propose effective development solutions.

Qualifications
Education:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, or related major
Experience:at least 5 years of experience in Learning & Development or Human Resource Development roles.
Fluent English communication
Advanced skills inExceland reporting/dashboard development; strongPowerPointskills for program presentation and reporting.
Hands-on experience using and managing aLearning Management System (LMS).
Strong experience in training planning, scheduling, and program management with solid analytical thinking.
Proven experience in competency framework development and capability-building initiatives.
Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills with multiple stakeholders and departments.
