Job Description

Working place: Me Linh Point, 2 Ngo Duc Ke Street, Ben Nghe, District 1, HCMC

Working time: Monday to Friday , 8h30 to 17h30

I. Job Responsibilities

This role requires a fully independent contributor who can take full ownership of HR operations and office administration, ensuring smooth daily operations and a high-quality employee experience. The position is expected to operate with minimal supervision and proactively manage stakeholders, vendors, and internal processes in a professional environment.

1. HR Operations & Employee Experience

  • Take full ownership of employee engagement programs (EES, town halls, team events), from planning to execution and evaluation.
  • Manage and ensure accuracy of attendance, leave tracking, and HR data, maintaining compliance with internal policies.
  • Serve as the primary HR contact point for employees, handling queries and issues independently and effectively.
  • Ensure timely and compliant submission of HR documentation to external parties (TMF, Trade Union, etc.).

2. Office Administration & Vendor Management (End-to-End Accountability)


  • Oversee and manage all office operations, ensuring efficiency, cost control, and service quality.
  • Lead vendor sourcing, negotiation, and contract management, with accountability for cost optimization and service delivery.
  • Manage office budget and expenses, ensuring transparency and alignment with company expectations.
  • Handle all business travel arrangements with a focus on efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Ensure workplace compliance (HSE, building regulations) and maintain a professional, safe working environment.
  • Supervise all office logistics, including facilities, supplies, courier, and visitor management.

3. IT & Asset Management Coordination


  • Act as the key liaison with regional IT to manage onboarding/offboarding processes (laptop setup, system access).
  • Maintain full control of IT assets and office equipment, including tracking, allocation, and inventory accuracy.
  • Proactively coordinate and resolve IT-related issues to minimize operational disruption.

4. Other assigned tasks as required.


II. Job requirement

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within MNC environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate independently, manage multiple functions, and take ownership of outcomes.
  • Strong experience in vendor management, cost control, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a proactive, hands-on mindset.
  • High level of accountability, reliability, and professionalism.
