Project Management and Initiatives: Serve as a central point of contact for strategic projects, ensuring synergy and consolidation among teams
Growth and Performance Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analysis to identify key drivers for improving top-line and bottom-line business metrics.
Product and Feature Development: Drive product enhancement processes, including requirement gathering, testing, deployment, and feedback.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of relevant working experience in Commercial Growth Strategy, Project management
Demonstrates solid interpersonal and communication skills.
Comfortable identifying business challenges and suggesting thoughtful, data-informed solutions.
Brings a creative mindset and enjoys exploring unconventional approaches to problem-solving.
Experience working with product and engineering teams is a plus.
