This position, under the Demand Planning team, Strategy & Planning Department, will be responsible to manage and drive performance for ShopeeFood's key demand growth initiatives
Job Description
- Translate high-level directions and business insights into business proposals & deployment plans with clear goals, timeline, resources and risk management.
- Develop initiatives from concepts & models into business plans, using appropriate frameworks (eg. supply & demand, user conversion funnel etc.)
- Deliver on-time in-full key demand growth initiatives, including strategic projects that are go-to-market or market pioneers. Manage project P&L to ensure sustainable growth & always have plans for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders throughout planning & deployment stages to ensure projects deliverables. Develop, implement and manage processes and procedures to maximize efficiency and minimize risks.
- Strong project management skills. Report on projects key performance indicators to stakeholders and management team.
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration among project team members and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures and regulations.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years working experience in similar roles. Experience managing complex projects and managing P&L is a plus.
- Solid computer skills is a must. Comfortable comprehending complex data sets and understanding the complex dynamics of business metrics.
- Excellent communication skills including written and verbal, in different contexts and to various stakeholders.
- Critical thinking and strong problem solving skills. Able to make independent decisions within scope and have a can-do attitude.
- Have a curious & open mind. Work with dedication and capable of working with different products and projects. Strong stakeholder management & project management skills.
