Performance Management & Reporting

Track and analyze Cambodia market's performance
Generate weekly/monthly reports and insights for senior management decision-making.
Monitor campaign ROI, CAC (customer acquisition cost), and budget effectiveness to ensure alignment with business targets

Budget & Spend Management

Manage campaign budgets for new market
Forecast and control marketing spend across campaigns and buyer initiatives, ensuring efficient allocation and utilization.

Campaign and Buyer Growth

Develop new user acquisition strategies tailored to the new market.
Localize campaigns and buyer programs, creative assets, and messaging to fit buyer behavior and cultural context.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to roll out acquisition initiatives across paid, organic, and partnership channels.

Performance Optimization

Monitor key campaign metrics (e.g. CVR, CTR, retention, cost per acquisition).
Run A/B tests and post-campaign analyses to identify winning strategies and areas for improvement.
Propose data-driven enhancements to improve buyer onboarding, activation, and retention.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in project management, PMO, operations, or marketplace roles; experience in tech or e-commerce is a plus.
Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
Analytical thinking and a data-driven mindset to assess feature impact and performance.
High adaptability and problem-solving capabilities in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
Excellent communication skills in English
