ROLE PURPOSE

This role exists to oversee the creative development of Maison Marou's seasonal campaigns and ensure the brand is expressed consistently across all touchpoints. It provides design support for Sales, Marketing, HR, Cacao and other internal teams, covering POSM, booths, shelves and campaign-related materials to strengthen overall brand coherence. The role also works closely with internal teams and external creative partners to deliver high-quality visuals on time and aligned with Marou's brand vision.

KEY RESPONSIBILITY

1. MMV Team (Seasonal & Campaign Work)

  • Support the Assistant Design Manager on visualizing the direction/message.
  • Plan and oversee photoshoots, including shot lists, props, and on-set guidance.
  • Adapt/extent campaign visual master theme onto the whole range of products packaging.
  • Design campaign assets such as catalogues, POSM, and e-commerce materials (website banners, Grab visuals, etc.).

2. Sales (Domestic & HoReCa)

  • Develop POSM for events, in-store activations, and trade marketing.
  • Design booths, shelves, event setups, and sales collaterals.
  • Design leaflets, brochures, and other sales support materials.

3. Marketing Team

  • Develop POSM for marketing activities, retail storytelling, and brand engagement.
  • Design vouchers, leaflets, and materials supporting customer-facing initiatives.

4. E-commerce Team

  • Produce visual content for international e-commerce channels, including website assets, packshots, Amazon banners, and Amazon-standard product pages.
  • Ensure visual consistency and brand storytelling across global online platforms.

5. Cross-department support

  • Provide design support for internal teams such as Académie Marou, HR, Cacao Team, and Operations (OPE).
  • Deliver design solutions tailored to each department's objectives while maintaining brand coherence.

6. Coordination & Collaboration

  • Collaborate with the Kitchen team, Factory for product preparation, props, and styling required for photoshoots or visual production.
  • Coordinate with production teams to ensure timelines and deliverables are met across all design outputs.
  • Coordinate with external creative partners (photographers, stylists, agencies) to execute high-quality visuals that match Marou's standards.
  • Manage schedules, briefs, and workflow to ensure all creative tasks and photoshoots are delivered on time and aligned with campaign goals.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related creative field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in FMCG, F&B, branding, or agency environments.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and solid understanding of layout, typography, and visual systems.
  • Experience creating campaign materials, POSM, and e-commerce assets.
  • Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and external creative partners to meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail, time-management skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Basic experience in art direction or supporting photoshoots (planning, styling coordination, or on-set support).
  • Good communication skills in English and Vietnamese, both written and verbal.
  • Have ownership in delegated projects. Proactively seek for priority alignment with line-manager.

PREFERABLE REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to write simple, clear, and brand-aligned content for campaigns or POSM.
  • Basic understanding of UX/UI principles for digital and e-commerce assets.
  • Skills in motion graphics or basic animation to enhance digital materials.

Working time: Monday - Friday (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM)

Working location: Green Building, 160 Street B2, An Loi Dong Ward, Thu Duc City, HCMC.
