Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and creative Learning and Engagement Executive to join the team at Asia Ingredients Group (AIG). In this role, you will play a key part in executing learning initiatives, coordinating internal events, and managing internal communications to build a vibrant and engaged workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
Learning & Development
- Coordinate Training: Assist in the end-to-end administration of training programs, from scheduling to tracking completion and gathering feedback.
- Needs Analysis: Support the assessment of departmental training needs through surveys and performance data.
- Facilitation: Organize internal workshops and serve as the primary point of contact for external training vendors.
Internal Events & Communication
- Event Execution: Plan and host internal engagement activities, workshops, and monthly celebrations.
- Large-Scale Support: Act as a core coordinator for major corporate events such as Year-End Parties (YEP), team-building retreats, and Group-wide meetings.
- Content Design: Create visually appealing internal memos, newsletters, and posters using design tools to ensure HR initiatives are effectively communicated.
Employee Engagement
- Engagement Initiatives: Implement creative ideas and pulse surveys to monitor and improve employee morale and satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Education: International Academic Background: Possession of a Bachelor's or Master's degree from an overseas institution to leverage global management standards and diverse cultural perspectives.
- Experience: Over 1 year of experience in Learning & Development, HR Coordination, Internal Communications, Employee Engagemet or Event Management.
- Language: Professional proficiency in both English and Vietnamese (verbal and written).
- Public Speaking: Ability to perform as an MC for internal events is highly preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in design tools such as Canva, PowerPoint, or Photoshop is essential.
- Mobility: Willingness to travel to various sites within a working day as required.
