What You'll Do
- Design, build, and maintain fullstack web applications with a focus on scalability, performance, and great user experience.
- Implement clean, reusable, and well-documented code across frontend (React, Vue, or similar) and backend (Node.js, Python, or similar).
- Collaborate with AI engineers, product managers, and designers to turn prototypes into end-to- end production systems.
- Build and integrate APIs, microservices, and cloud-native systems for large-scale deployments.
- Ensure applications are secure, testable, and optimized for performance.
- Stay up-to-date with best practices in modern frontend, backend, and cloud technologies, and bring innovative approaches to real-world challenges.
What We're Looking For
- Strong engineering background with proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and at least one backend language (Node.js, Python, Rust, or similar).
- Solid understanding of frontend frameworks (React, Vue, Angular) and backend frameworks (Express, FastAPI, Actix Web, etc.).
- Experience deploying applications in production environments.
Familiarity with one or more of the following areas:
- Frontend: responsive design, state management, UI frameworks, performance optimization.
- Backend: RESTful APIs, GraphQL, authentication/authorization, databases (SQL/NoSQL).
- Cloud & DevOps: Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, cloud deployment (AWS, GCP,
Azure).
System Design: microservices architecture, event-driven systems, scalability patterns.
Bonus Points
- Experience building consumer-facing apps (e.g., super apps, e-commerce, payment gateways).
- Exposure to enterprise systems (role-based access, workflows, dashboards).
- Experience with real-time systems (WebSockets, SSE, message queues like Kafka/RabbitMQ).
- Knowledge of MLOps or AI integration with applications (connecting to LLMs, RAG pipelines, or analytics dashboards).
- Contributions to open-source projects, developer communities, or published technical blogs.
