We're building AI agents that autonomously resolve customer support tickets for e-commerce businesses end-to-end. Our agents cancel orders, issue refunds, check inventory, communicate with suppliers, and continuously improve over time. To make this scalable, we're building an AI Manager — a higher-level agent that trains, monitors, and optimizes Support Agents with minimal human input. Our goal is an AI-run support team, where managing AI feels like managing a human teammate, not writing prompts.
