About the Role:
We are seeking a highly analytical and business-oriented FP&A to play a pivotal role in driving cost optimization and enhancing business performance. The ideal candidate will need to have a strong financial acumen, with understanding of business operations. This role requires who can translate complex financial data into actionable insights to support decision-making.
- Cost Simulation and Optimization: Develop cost simulation models to evaluate the financial impact of various optimization initiatives. Identify cost drivers reduction opportunities, quantify potential savings, and provide recommendations to optimize resource allocation.
- Business Understanding and Insights: Understand the business operations to identify cost drivers and areas for improvement. Utilize advanced data analysis techniques to uncover insights and trends. Prepare insightful reports and dashboards to support strategic decision-making.
- Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with business partners to understand their needs and challenges. Provide financial expertise and support to drive business decisions. Effectively communicate complex financial information to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
- Month-End Closing and Analysis: Ensure timely and accurate month-end reports. Conduct in-depth variance analysis between forecast and actual performance, identifying trends and underlying causes. Proactively communicate key findings and recommendations to management.
Requirements:
- Experience in working cross functionally displaying collaboration with a high degree of customer service and support mindset.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data to operation stakeholders.
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Have a keen interest to find the story behind the data and articulate it to respective stakeholders.
