Job Description

  • Perform a bridging role between the finance and data science team
  • Create reporting frameworks for new product features in financial reports
  • Provide solutions in extracting relevant data and information to represent the financial reporting requirements accurately
  • Troubleshoot system-related issues through essential communication, walkthrough and testing
  • Document process workflows and business logics
  • Manage stakeholders needs, concerns and problems regarding changes, enhancements or fixes
  • Think strategically and analytically about business, product and technical challenges
  • Ensure the reports are delivered in time with the highest level of accuracy
  • Support ad-hoc data requests or tasks assigned by Management team

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration and/or Business Analytics
  • Knowledge of SQL is a must; experience dealing with database is an advantage
  • Robust data analytics and/or visualization skills, preferably with Python and/or Microsoft Power BI
  • Effective team player and passion to serve
  • Versatile and results-oriented in a fast- pace environment
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem solving
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and project management skill
  • Keen sense of ownership, drive and determination
  • Dependability and a strong work ethic.
