KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Support in oversea payment: TT/ LC/ Import purchase/ Import machines (review the contract and its terms highlight if any FCT incurs)
Handle the AP part included: booking overhead invoices (1 way and 3 ways matching)
In charge of overhead expenses.
Manage the outstanding AP balance and aging.
Prepare the expense reports by function
Analyze and comment for the fluctuation between actual expenses and budget by function.
Following up for billing and recording the service charge, payment on behalf with other entities in the group
Reconcile the Interco transactions and balance
Corporate with tax team/ legal team in the matter related to taxes, contracts, customs
Balance sheet reconciliation & breakdown
Assist with month-end activities & financial reports
Support with internal & external audits
Work with the finance team on yearly budgeting
Other ad-hoc jobs assigned by managers
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Auditing, Finance or related field.
Accounting knowledge (AR/AP/Bank).
Internal process & finance control mindset
Experience with SAP FICO modules.
Proficient in Excel.
Good at English.
Good communication, with team leadership skills set, can lead & guide other teams to follow the process.
Detail-oriented with analytical skills.
Having teamwork spirit and learning and development mindset.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
