BOA Technology (Shenzhen) Ltd. is a legal branch established by BOA Technology Inc. in China, responsible for the liaison and management of the company's OEM and suppliers, technical support for all cooperative brand factories and solving quality problems, as well as the marketing and sales of the entire Greater China.
Overview Of Role
Reporting to the Factory Technical Support Lead, this position is key in ensuring that our Brand Partner factories thoroughly understand the installation requirements for BOA products before production begins. You will provide essential technical support to the Brand Partner factories for consistently maintaining high standards of quality and performance including supporting on the resolution of customer quality issues, conducting installation training and overseeing the factories proper installation of the BOA system on products.
Core Responsibilities
- Reflect and role model BOA's vision, values and Leadership Model and demonstrate passion for our mission across the Factory Education & Technical Support team and rest of the organization.
- Familiar with all BOA products including the functionality and the installation requirements.
- Deliver proficient training to our brand partner factories to ensure all BOA-powered products meet our design and installation requirements and ensure clear understanding of BOA quality standards.
- Review, recommend and update installation methods to help improve the installation efficiency, provide installation related inputs to product teams for effective product creation.
- Assist Brand Partner factories in resolving any issues and involve relevant members within BOA to address their issue.
- Translate and update the manufacturing instruction documents.
- Complete, organize, and submit detailed and professional Brand Partner Factory Visit Reports in our system.
- Perform on-site investigation related to product quality or installation when required.
- Support/train junior team members on performing team responsibilities.
Required Qualifications
- Tertiary education
- Good command of spoken and written Vietnamese and English
- At least 5 years of experience in footwear manufacturing. Familiar with the whole process of shoes making and shoes structure
- Experience in building and maintaining customer relationships
- Frequent travel is required

- Good command of spoken Mandarin
