Overview:
The Business and Corporate Banking Relationship Management Support Executive assists Relationship Managers in managing and growing our corporate client portfolio. You will provide excellent customer service, coordinate daily banking transactions, and support the credit application process. This role is vital to ensuring a seamless customer experience while maintaining strict regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities
Account Management & Transaction Execution
- Drive end-to-end account management processes, including customer onboarding, digital banking integration, and periodic Know Your Customer reviews to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Perform Enhanced Due Diligence and Customer Due Diligence compliance verification to ensure an optimal and secure customer experience.
- Coordinate with various departments to execute banking transactions, such as international and domestic remittances, foreign exchange operations, fixed deposit placements, and loan disbursements.
- Resolve any documentation gaps or discrepancies in a timely manner.
Credit Support & Portfolio Growth
- Partner with Relationship Managers to process credit applications by preparing financial analyses, conducting credit information checks, and performing financial spreading.
- Facilitate the loan documentation process and monitor post-disbursement activities to ensure compliance with legal requirements and credit terms.
- Analyze the client portfolio proactively to identify cross-selling opportunities, product gaps, and ways to expand the bank's share of the client's business.
- Execute additional strategic initiatives and projects as directed by management to enhance operational efficiency.
Skills & Experience We Are Looking For
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Banking, Finance, or a related discipline.
- At least 1 year of experience in credit analysis, sales and marketing, and customer relationship management.
- Exceptional customer service mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain high accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to build and maintain productive relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Effective written and alternative communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
