Account Manager (Media & Creative) – BA3BA3 is building an AI-driven platform helping brands win on TikTok Shop, Shopee, and Lazada.
We turn data into actionable insights — from content to conversion to revenue.
We're looking for an Account Manager who can bridge client, media, and creative — and drive real go-to-market growth for brands.
What you'll do- Own and grow client accounts with clear revenue and performance targets
- Act as the key contact between clients, media, and creative teams
- Translate business goals into go-to-market plans across content, media, and commerce
- Drive content strategy + media execution to scale traffic and conversion
- Work closely with creative team on high-performing content (video, KOL, ads)
- Monitor and optimize performance across funnel (CTR, CVR, ROAS, GMV)
- Manage campaign timelines, launches, and always-on operations
- Identify opportunities to scale campaigns, increase spend, and unlock growth
What we're looking for- 2–5 years in account management, digital, media, or creative agency
- Strong understanding of social commerce + performance marketing
- Experience with go-to-market campaigns, product launches, or scaling brands
- Experience working with video, KOLs, or short-form content (TikTok)
- Strong commercial mindset (not just execution — think growth & revenue)
- Data-driven with ability to turn insights into actions
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to move fast and handle multiple priorities
Nice to have- Experience with TikTok Shop / Shopee / Lazada ecosystem
- Worked on end-to-end campaigns (from content → media → conversion)
- Experience with creators, production houses, or content pipelines
- Familiar with TikTok Ads / Meta Ads / marketplace tools
