Senior DevOps Engineer

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior DevOps Engineer in the Hanoi Capital Region. The Senior DevOps Engineer will be responsible for:

• Deploy and maintain the projects infrastructure
• Prepare reports and documentation as instructed by the Project Manager
• Research and utilize new services
• Ensuring client satisfaction by addressing concerns, managing expectations, and providing excellent customer support.

Qualifications

Have 5+ years of experience working in cloud engineering, with a primary focus on AWS environments.

English: Good communication skills and ability to work closely with oversea development teams.

Have AWS Certified Solutions Architect Professional and AWS Certified DevOps Engineer Professional

Have 5+ years of experience building Linux and Windows OS.

Deep understanding and hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using CloudFormation / Terraform.

Expertise in AWS networking (VPC, subnets, security groups, etc.), cloud security (IAM, encryption, security compliance), and cloud-native monitoring tools (CloudWatch, Lambda, Grafana, Datadog, Prometheus, etc.).

Proven track record of automating complex cloud deployments and scaling services in production environments.

Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, ECS, EKS) and orchestration.

A collaborative and mentoring mindset, with the ability to guide and support junior engineers.

Proficient in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Terragrunt) , CI/CD automation (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Jenkins) , and scripting (Python, Bash).

Experienced in database management (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB) and implementing large-scale monitoring/logging stacks (Prometheus, ELK, Loki).

Has experience contributing to Gen-AI projcts, including infrastructure design and building RAG systems.

Extensive hands-on experience in deploying, managing, and scaling microservice applications on various Kubernetes environments including EKS, GKE, and on-premise clusters , utilizing tools like Docker, Helm charts, and Kubernetes manifests.
