About the DevOps Team

The DevOps Team owns the infrastructure and platform foundation, ensuring system reliability, scalability, and operational excellence across Vietnam's nationwide logistics network.

We are focused on cloud infrastructure, platform engineering, automation, observability, and large-scale system operations, supporting millions of deliveries every month while continuously improving performance, efficiency, and developer productivity.

About this role

As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will play a critical role in building, operating, and scaling the infrastructure behind one of Vietnam's largest logistics platforms, serving millions of orders every day.

You will have the opportunity to work on large-scale cloud-native systems, lead strategic infrastructure initiatives, and drive the migration of critical platforms from GCP to local cloud environments. This role offers significant ownership across infrastructure architecture, automation, reliability engineering, and platform modernization while working closely with Product, Engineering, Data, and Operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

Operate and enhance the infrastructure powering GHN's logistics platform, serving millions of orders daily.
Ensure system reliability, scalability, performance, and availability across cloud and containerized environments.
Lead and support infrastructure modernization initiatives, including GHN's migration from GCP to local cloud providers.
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices to improve deployment efficiency and operational consistency.
Monitor production systems, troubleshoot incidents, perform root cause analysis, and drive reliability improvements.
Optimize infrastructure performance, capacity, and operational costs to support business growth.
Collaborate with Engineering and Data teams while evaluating new technologies and platform solutions.

Candidate requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
At least 2 years of experience in DevOps, Infrastructure Engineering, System Administration, or SRE roles.
Experience working with large-scale platforms, e-commerce, logistics, or high-traffic systems is a strong advantage.
Strong experience with Linux/Unix administration, networking, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (preferably GCP).
Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitLab CI/CD, ArgoCD, or similar.
Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, Helm, Ansible, or equivalent.
Proficiency in scripting or programming languages such asGo or Java and Bash, Python
Experience leading infrastructure migration or modernization projects.
Familiarity with technologies such as Kafka, Redis, Elasticsearch, MinIO, Nginx, or similar.
Experience with big data platforms such as Hadoop, Spark, Hive, or Airflow is a plus.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and support critical production systems.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
