JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. System Development & Project Coordination(40%)
- Collaborate in projects related to building product systems and system-supporting tools.
- Set up environments for Production, Testing, Development, etc.
- Maintain and optimize CI/CD systems.
- Work with systems such as Media Transcode, Storage, CDN, Big Data, Live TV.
- Develop monitoring tools for system performance, stability, and incident alerting.
- Build automation tools supporting development teams (FE, BE, etc.).
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
2. System Monitoring & Operations(60%)
- Monitor and troubleshoot system incidents 24/7/365.
- Perform scheduled upgrades for products, services, and systems.
- Ensure data integrity across the entire system.
- Maintain system security.
- Research and propose solutions to minimize risks and potential failures.
REQUIREMENTS:
- College degree or higher in IT, Software Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum 6 yearsin a similar DevOps/SRE role.
- Prefer experience in entertainment apps, OTT platforms.
- Solid knowledge of networking, security, Linux (CentOS/Ubuntu).
- Proficient in Shell Script, Go/Python (plus: Lua, PHP, JS).
- Strong understanding of Agile, CI/CD, GIT, Jenkins, Ansible, Terraform.
- Deep experience with clustering, replication, microservices, load balancing, distributed systems.
- Hands-on experience with system performance testing and optimization.
- Familiar with AWS, Google Cloud, Azure.
- Strong expertise in container technologies.
