Senior Demand Planning Associate - Operations, Shopee

We are seeking a high-performing individual to support Fulfillment by Shopee (FBS) inventory strategy, by managing demand planning in sync with overall campaign activities, inventory allocation, and fulfillment performance. This role helps ensure stocks are available, orders are fulfilled efficiently, and sellers and buyers have a smooth experience.

The Demand Planning role works closely with internal teams and sellers to forecast demand, plan inventory, and improve fulfillment across Shopee warehouses.

Key responsibilities:

• Support demand forecasting, inventory planning, and fulfillment operations for Fulfillment by Shopee (FBS), aligned with campaign and business activities.
• Monitor inventory health, stock availability, and fulfillment performance across warehouses.
• Partner with Supply Planning and Operations teams to support inventory allocation and replenishment planning.
• Analyze demand, inventory, and fulfillment data to identify risks, opportunities, and actionable insights.
• Support improvement initiatives for demand planning processes, forecasting accuracy, and fulfillment efficiency.
• Collaborate with Data Science, Business Intelligence, and Operations teams to support forecasting model enhancements and operational improvements.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and data-driven environment.
• Experience working with complex data sets.
• Experience in e-commerce, marketplace, retail, supply chain, or operations-related roles.
• Knowledge of demand planning, inventory management, or forecasting concepts.
• Knowledge of statistics or other analytical techniques.
• Familiarity with marketplace, e-commerce, or retail business models.
