Responsibilities
Data Analysis & Processing (50%)
- Conduct deep-dive analyses using SQL, Python, and other tools.
- Build and maintain data pipelines (PySpark, Airflow) to generate insights and ensure data readiness for business needs.
- Evaluate product performance and marketing campaigns, providing data-driven recommendations.
Business Partnership (20%)
- Collaborate with business teams to understand requirements and deliver tailored data solutions.
- Translate business challenges into analytical problems, identify data sources, and present results aligned with stakeholders perspectives.
Reporting & Visualization (20%)
- Develop intuitive and impactful dashboards/reports using BI tools (Superset, Tableau, Power BI) and intermediate+ Excel.
- Communicate findings clearly to support decision-making across strategy, marketing, and operations.
Innovation & Technology Adoption (10%)
- Research, experiment with, and implement new analytical tools/methodologies to improve productivity and efficiency.
Qualifications
Education
- - Bachelors degree or higher in IT, Software Engineering, or related fields.
- Experience
- - At least 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in technology, digital platforms, or OTT companies.
- - Hands-on experience working with big data in cloud and distributed systems.
Technical Skills
- Proficient in SQL (Trino, BigQuery, PostgreSQL) and Python (pandas, numpy, seaborn/matplotlib).
- Strong experience with PySpark for big data processing.
- Skilled in designing analytical pipelines; experience with workflow orchestration tools such as Airflow preferred.
- Proficient in BI tools (Superset, Tableau, Power BI) and intermediate+ Excel for ad-hoc requests.
Soft Skills
- Clear communicator with the ability to translate business requirements into data-driven solutions.
- Skilled at stakeholder managementsetting expectations on data limitations, analytical logic, and feasibility.
- Strong analytical and logical thinking; able to identify business issues from data patterns.
