This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Corporate Ticketing Sales Executive at our Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam location. Responsibilities include generating and maintaining corporate sales accounts, providing top-quality customer service, managing client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. The role also entails arranging ticket bookings for clients, ensuring accuracy, and delivering timely solutions tailored to customer needs. Active engagement with corporate clients and ensuring their satisfaction will be central to everyday tasks.

• Expertise in Corporate Sales and Sales strategies to achieve business targets.
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships.
• Experience with Account Management and a track record of efficiently managing client portfolios.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in travel management systems, along with a good understanding of ticketing and travel processes, is highly desirable.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced on-site environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Hospitality, or a related field is an advantage.
